MESSE NAGOYA 2021

Cross-Industrial Trade Fair “MESSE NAGOYA” is an annual trade fair started in 2006 and organized by the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce & Industry under the auspices of the Aichi Prefectural Government and the City of Nagoya. MESSE NAGOYA is one of the projects that inherited the spirit and vision of the Aichi Expo 2005 that stressed upon the importance of sustainable developments in future technologies.

In MESSE NAGOYA 2021, 840 companies from 12 countries and 36,868 visitors from all around the world participated throughout its exhibition period from 2021, November 10 to November 13. Building on MESSE NAGOYA’s past 15 years’ experience and global networks, this event promoted cross-industry exchanges by bringing together the latest products, technologies, and services in one venue.

Our booth was located at Area C, 1C-147. Below here are some of the photos of our booth during the three events.

We exhibited our most popular product, the Robot-V 100-CV and the Robot-V 100-RB. As of the year 2020, we have sold a number of our AMR in JAPAN.
We are actively seeking to expand our AMR sales to other markets as well.

The AMR’s specification is as stated below:

Robot-V100-CV
  • This product is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) which, by attaching DC motor rollers up the product, autonomously collects items from a conveyor line, transporting it to previously set locations or lines.
  • We adopt special software supplied by Navitec in Finland in order to achieve its positioning accuracy within ±10mm.
  • Because it is an AMR driven by 2D SLAM, you no longer need extra installment such as attaching magnetic tapes. All you need is mapping with lasers.

  • Guided way: NFN (2D-SLAM)
  • Control method: PC + PLC
  • Steering way: dual steering wheel driven
  • Running direction: forward, backward, spin turn

  • Power supply: lithium ion battery
  • Charging system: wireless charging (automatic)

Robot-V100-RB
  • This product is an automatic mobile robot (AMR) which is combined with a picking robot on the top, enabling to collect items from racks. Two systems were employed for this picking robot:
    1. 3D robot vision system
      3D robot vision system is an image system which consists of original algorithm using 3D measurement camera equipped with IR distance sensors.
    2. picking system
      A picking system method is commonly used where a picker picks each item in discrete order, thus increasing the efficiency, speed and accuracy of picking activities.
